メッシュ番号が与えられているわけではないが、国土地理院基盤地図情報数値標高モデル https://fgd.gsi.go.jp/download/ref_dem.html でのメッシュ。配列の情報は仕様として公開されている https://fgd.gsi.go.jp/download/documents.html
