Self-contained builds for macOS, Windows and Linux

Self-contained *macOS* build

For macOS only right now because I only have a mac to build the bundle on, maybe eventually others can help out with other platforms. Unzip the zip file to get a folder that has an app executable in it. You can run this executable (while it's still in that folder) to replace the dotnet run -p app/app.csproj <apk> <folders...> in the instructions with ./app <apk> <folders...>.
