Make the gas fee lower

It could be good if instead of 0.25 ton will only need to send 0.12 TON.

Because 0.25 TON is too much when jetton deployment costs only 0.08 And rest of that is returned to sender, also the 0.12 TON will be enough for most time because token deployment fee is always almost the same
