Remove/Replace App Icon from website footer

#157 changed the application icon however the old icon is still in the website footer.

Replace or remove the icon - I suggest remove.

@Stephen-Gates Did Amanda Breeze give any feedback as to whether the image assets she devised would be included in CC? I'm OK if they aren't just want to ensure that it's clear which iconography should be canonically part of comma chameleon as I hand over duties

If you prefer the .psp version (it was done in PaintShop Pro X8), I can provide that too.
