Child level projects with EOL status visible in navigation

Child level projects with "End Of Life" status are still visible in navigation menu.

For example, Spring Security SAML is a child project of Spring Security, and although it's reached EOL, it's still visible under Spring Security in the navigation menu.

As a temporary workaround, removing "spring-security" from the "Parent project" field under the Metadata tab, will hide it from the navigation menu. This workaround effectively makes it a top-level project.
