What

explain how to use rLogin to work with a single network. This will make the user avoid some steps

Why

rLogin default instance is for multiple networks. The use chooses the network before connecting, for example, to a hardware device. We want dapps to be able to avoid this extra unnecessary step by configuring the tool
we need a guide because many apps have this use case
