Add Beaufort for wind

It would be nice if Beaufort was also an option for wind speed

Since Beaufort is a scale I am thinking of displaying alongside wind speed with varying animation for each value:

• 0 (Calm): Wind speed less than 1 km/h (less than 1 mph). Smoke rises vertically.
• 4 (Moderate Breeze): Wind speed 20–28 km/h (13–18 mph). Small branches move; dust and loose paper are raised.
• 6 (Strong Breeze): Wind speed 39–49 km/h (25–31 mph). Large branches in motion; difficult to use umbrellas.
• 9 (Strong Gale): Wind speed 75–88 km/h (47–54 mph). Structural damage occurs; larger branches break off trees.
• 12 (Hurricane): Wind speed greater than 118 km/h (greater than 74 mph). Widespread damage; very rarely observed on land.
