Use Discussions as Forum and Q/A

GitHub recently enabled GitHub Discussions on all the repositories, and they are active also for gym-ignition 🎉

From now on, we redirect users to our Discussions tab for all the questions not strictly related to code development:

• If you have any question, open a discussion in Q/A.
• Any interesting idea for new features? Use Ideas to describe your idea, attach as many images or videos as you like.
• Are you developing something cool with gym-ignition? Show it off in Show and Tell.

All the Issues that fit the description above will be moved to Discussions.

No question is a stupid question! Do not hesitate to open a new topic in Q/A, if you are not sure how to do something, maybe it was not clear and other users might benefit from it. We keep a close eye on our community, if the asked question turns out being a bug, a new Issue will be opened to keep track of it.
