Connect to Tor Proxy Server

Hi all,

I have a private irc server running over Tor. Is it possible to add proxy server settings (i.e., hostname, port, type (Socks5)) to the json configuration? I have the server added as address.onion/ and port 6667. I just need to add the proxy network settings.

Hi there! I don't think we have support for proxy servers. This would probably need support in the upstream irc-upd dependency. I'll mark this as a feature request for now, but as the project is largely in maintenance mode, it's unlikely we'll get to this anytime soon.
