安装依赖需要能正常访问外网，本地安装好依赖后直接 pnpm start 运行就行，后续就不用联外网了

我使用内网ip+端口为啥访问不了，文件地址放浏览器能正常下载

有截图吗，接口有报错吗？我本地断了网的情况试了下是可以预览和下载的，看是不是浏览器屏蔽了下载弹框，或者换一个浏览器试试？
