Automatization of the Jenkins configuration

It would be nice if we could do the initial Jenkins configuration automatically. Currently, when accessing the Jenkins web frontend for the first time, one has to

• select plugins one want to install
• create an admin account
• specify an URL for Jenkins

Ways to avoid the need of an interaction using the web frontend were discussed already at other places including

Maybe we can adopt an idea already mentioned there.
