AHCC is having issues using their GEN 2 laptops on the network when not going through a sync box. After setting the network connection to allow the network IP range, the laptop still drops the network connection. It was reported that the log reports, approved NIC or bad IP ip network detected. (Possibly Approved NIC on BAD IP Network detected. will request the log file after update).

AHCC is attempting to update server to current built and see if the issue is resolved.

This issue hasn't been reported at other sites at this time and I haven't been able to replicate it.

Reaching out to AHCC to see if the issue is still on-going. After re-entering the network information the system seems to have resumed functioning as intended.
