Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Since #2801 we support native sidecars via feature gate.
We also support quite old kubenertes versions with the operator. Making it impossible to enable this by default soon.

Describe the solution you'd like

One option to enable the usage would be to introduce another mode e.g. native-sidecar and reject the deployment in webhook, if the kubernetes version is <1.29.
