I have noticed that, as of version 8.27.8, BORIS still lacks a working copy/paste function for events.
I'm not sure if this is a limitation of the portable version, but this capability doesn't seem to be available for any of the other BORIS 8.x versions, be they portable or installable.
The 'Copy' function seems to be able to copy the tabular data of an event well, but, for some reason, I am unable to paste anything into the events list through the context menu by right-clicking.
The ability to paste a copied event at a specific time would greatly improve BORIS' usability and increase the speed at which state events are able to be scored without resorting to manually "closing" the event by recreating it or through the "Fix unpaired events" context-menu command and manually inputting a specific time-stamp (which is slower than theoretically "pasting" an event and seems to want to fix all ongoing unpaired events instead of a specific one).
Thank you once again for all of your great work, Olivier!
