When deleting an observation, no longer return to top of observation list #765

Hello,

When I am annotating videos, I initially do a quick watch through and leave annotations. After the initial watch, I refine the annotation to the correct time stamp/annotation. This means I need to delete old and inaccurate annotations. After update from v7, I've noticed that when deleting an annotation, the "Events" list will automatically return to the top of the list. This means after deleting say, the 140th annotation in my media file, I have to scroll back down. Not a huge problem, but it is quite time consuming when I have a large number of annotations to edit within one media file. It would be nice to have this feature toggle off and the event list stay at the same view after deleting an annotation.

Related, when double clicking an annotation to jump to the timestamp, it will autoplace the annotation at the bottom of the Events window, where it previous versions the view of the Events window would stay the same.

I have a problem similar to yours. Before the version was improved, I think you can press the left and right arrow keys of the keyboard to fast forward the previous frame or the next frame after deleting, which will help you quickly return to the position before deleting.
