Post API to submit a lead (verified or otherwise)

1. have one lambda function expose a post api and post to a sqs queue
2. another lambda to read from the queue and write to the db.
   could become an easy way for various frontends to interact with the db
   (lambda will support high concurrency as well as throttling if needed)
