A method for missing districts data to come faster in knowledge.

Hi all. I have created a chatbot. It fetches data from https://life-api.coronasafe.network/ api

I was planning to implement a feature in this app. If there is no data for some particular district, then we can make this entry in a database accessible to the data maintainers of this project. This way, the districts whose data is still missing could be flashed on the website's contribute data page that these districts need data. I think so it would be a good feature as it would help us know the districts whose data is still missing faster.

Please let me know if you want me to implement this feature.
