The SKOS codelist for facility types is missing some parts (more for Service Facility Sets)

When generating the SKOS codelist from the Netex implementation, there are some values that are actually present in the TransModel UML models which do not appear in such implementation (see figure 291 - Service Facility Values - page 455).

These are:

• UicTrainRate: normal, discountTrainOtherThanTgv, specialFare, supplement, noPublishedTariff (this is in netex_facilityUic_support.xsd)

• UicProductCharacteristic: tariffCommunVoyageurs, allInclusivePrice, eastWestTariff, trainWithTcvAndMarketPrice (this is in netex_facilityUic_support.xsd)

• GroupBooking: groupsAllowed, groupsNotAllowed, groupsAllowedWithReservation, groupsBookingsRestricted, unknown (this one may be in another XSD that has not been explored yet)

• BookingProcess: productNotAvailable, productNotBookable, bookableThroughInternationalSystem, bookableThroughLocalSystem, bookableManually

• ServiceReservationFacility: reservationsCompulsory, reservationsCompulsoryForGroups, reservationsCompulsoryForFirstClass, reservationsCompulsoryFromOriginStation, reservationsRecommended, reservationsPossible, reservationsPossibleOnlyInFirstClass, reservationsPossibleOnlyInSecondClass, reservationsPossibleForCertainClasses, groupBookingRestricted, noGroupsAllowed, noReservationsPossible, wheelchairOnlyReservations, bicycleReservationsCompulsory, reservationSupplementCharged

This should be added to the current SKOS codelists, to be complete wrt TransModel
