Fix CRG SLURM config #768

The CRG config uses now the environmental variable $SLURM_CLUSTER_NAME to check for the two different HPC available systems at the CRG. However, it is not longer available in the SLURM system, thus, the config will need to be updated with something such as $SLURM_CONF.
Also, the README has to be improved to describe the new slurm cluster config.
