Don't mute audio when recording

Feature description

In recent versions the music playback is paused when recording an audio message in signal. I would like an option in settings menu so everyone can choose if they want the music playback to pause or let music continue during recording.

Why this is useful:

• When i am listening to music over earphones i don't want that music to stop every time i am recording a voice message.
• Sometimes i want to send a short audio clip of what i am listening to in the car for example, this is not possible now.

This pause is useful when someone is recording a voice message and playing audio over bluetooth at the same time but this is not the only way someone could use the recorder. Thats why an option would be useful.
