[severity:It's more difficult to complete my work] [regression] [worked-in:17.10.1]
Unable to use WinUI due to not being able to install package Microsoft.WindowsAppSDK. Also unable to manually install it. I started having this issue when I updated to 17.10.5 and shouldn't be an issue. If it's NOT an issue, someone should be fixing the error.

Drew, thanks for reporting this issue. Can you provide more details, such as any console output or error codes you're seeing? How are you attempting to install the Windows App SDK runtime? Is this with Visual Studio F5 debug deployment?
