Potentially unlink PAUSE id from an account

Someone claiming to be https://metacpan.org/author/MUCKER says they shut down their GitHub account and can no longer login with the account that is associated with the PAUSE id. They now have a new MetaCPAN account logging in vai Google. We can probably manually unlink the PAUSE id here so that they can link it to the new account. Having said that, their entry in authors/00whois.xml doesn't list an email, so it's not clear to me how they'd get the message for linking the account.
