Unable to Download HP BIOS Updates

I am unable to download BIOS updates for HP devices. I have tried both Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2 and neither work.
DriverAutomationTool.log contains lots of 404 errors.

Had the same issue.
Its solved in 7.2.4, but you need to install HP CMSL also.
From the 7.2.4 Readme file

Thanks. I was wondering why I couldn't find the 7.2.4 installer, but that's because it doesn't exist yet. I had to go to https://github.com/maurice-daly/DriverAutomationTool/tree/master/Current%20Branch/7.2.4 and download the files.

After updating the EXE to 7.2.4 I was able to download/create an HP BIOS package.
