Hi! Do you have any recommendation on the R package to visualize the outputs from the rols package as a tree?

I used to use yagop to plot ontology subtrees, but its dependencies aren't available any more. The Ontology lookup service has a tree view, which could help.

Thanks for the quick response! I hope to do visualization within R and wonder whether you know any 'easy' way to convert the Ontology class (from rols) to the ontology_index class (from ontologyIndex).

The OLS has now an API, and rols would need to be completely rewritten to make use of it. Can you find that index you are referring to in there?
