Если нет доступов к проекту, после удачной оплаты редиректит на
https://joinrpg.ru/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2Fpayments%2Fclaimpaymentsuccess%3FprojectId%3D966%26claimId%3D55068&projectId=966
т.е. доступов каких-то нет

joinrpg#1604 Redirect after payment refactored:
10a4d6c 
- anonymous access is allowed to handling endpoints;
- in case of missed payment information trying to update last proposed payment;
- payment handling refactored.
