Time not running on playback

Describe the bug

A bug occurs while a video is being played. Interestingly, I only experience this problem with one specific TV show. There is no difference between the files that would explain this behavior. Anyway, while the file is playing, the time doesn't start running, and I can't fast-forward the show.
