I had a folder with files in. Phone cam clips
Then sub folder for each year 2022, 2023, 2024 etc
Up to the recent server update all was well. The share would display and also be accessible through the folder view.
The folder would update with the latest added files as per any update/scan rules.
Noticed it hadn’t updated and so tried various things and then eventually removed the folder share. Re added and scanned.
Now can see the folder exists on the client (but only through folder view not as a share on the dashboard) but cannot access any files within. The top folder picks up the image as a bookmark the sub folders the same. Just no files inside.
On phone Jellyfin app they are there and play fine.
Installed VidHub app to Apple tv box and that sees the files within and can play.
Tried deleting the app and restarting box before reinstalling and logging back in. Same issue. Different users tried to make sure not a user access issue.
As I say. This only affects the Apple TV version. The phone version immediately gets the folder back and any files added. No issues at all. Suggests not a server issue but the tv app?
If any logs can be pulled from Apple TV and be useful let me know.
Application version
1.0.1
Where did you install the app from?
App Store
Device information
Apple TV 4k
OS version

Jellyfin server version
