Release 1.4.2 - Log displays

• Fixes a bug that prevented nodes with empty logs from being displayed

There is now an "add entry" button in the title of the log display that allows you to enter a new log entry for the selected node, provided it is not locked.

Release version 1.3.1 - SVG download fixes

This update fixes a number of formatting bugs in the downloaded DAG SVG. It also introduces the console version number to the admin page.
