Since this was originally designed for my use case, Packer will look for backup LDAP files in /packer/bootstrap/ldap/ldap-backup named DATABASE.ldif and CONFIG.ldif.

Make this configurable for users who do not have or want to use a backup, and instead, start a fresh LDAP.
