As a technician, you should receive email notifications when a ticket is assigned to you. You should also receive notifications if a ticket assigned to you is updated.

Both of these should be configurable options in your profile.

  • Agents receive email notifications when a ticket is updated
  • Settings globally configurable
  • Settings configurable per agent
