When specifying the DID from rucio for a dataset, ServiceX will cache the answer. There should be a flag one can specify that will cause the ServiceX rucio cache to flush.

  • If we know new files were added (or similar).
  • If xcache addresses have changed

and the user happens to know they have changed...
