Use AJAX to update the status of the worksheet list

Currently, we only use a simple page reload to update the status of worksheets in the home page(every 30s), and this will force the open gallery window to shutdown and clean all selection of the checkbox on the worksheet list.

It would have a much better user experience if we can switch to a AJAX like update method.
