Problem:
At present if you are viewing a person's record in Carrier Portal after clicking from a prior search result, there is no "Back to search results" button as the browser back button just takes you back to the landing page

Solution:
Provide a button to navigate back to the search results

This will enhance user experience and provide for efficient navigation in the platform, without having to repeat searches
