In the manual review process annotate phenotypes of the different curated entities.
This could be done in a semi-automated iterative process by:

  1. curating all entities and mapping between MONDO and OMIM
  2. extracting the HPO annotations for theses diseases
  3. Uploading the phenotype annotations to SAMS
  4. Refining the autoamted phenoytpe annotations in subsequent curation or re-curation efforts.
