Should we provide a difficulty level for a video/post?!

And when yes how should this be done?

I think the big problem is really how we could rate the difficulty-level. I would put this to the end of the feature-queue.

Yes, I think it is too difficult and not average enough: rating a video that is in your opinion hard, which will be for someone else simple...
