What to move?

improvements in pipeflow function and calculation of thermal derivatives in branch models
new dynamic components (DynamicPump, DynamicCirculationPump, DynamicValve, PIDController)
controllers (CascadedController) ?

Further adaptions:

make components and controllers more generic
review on implementation of branch temperature in derivatives
