尽管原始 issue mpv-player/mpv#9591 已被关闭，但该问题并未真正修复。复现方式：加载带有高码率外部音轨（通常为 truehd）的视频文件，在播放过程中切换至外部高码率音轨，视频将持续卡顿直至十秒或是数十秒后再次同步 fix-avsync.lua 通过在切换音轨时执行帧步进帧步退的方式修复这一问题。不会自动播放很可能是你设置了以暂停状态启动 mpv 或调用软件传递了暂停状态给 mpv |

你能通过播放 youtube 的进度链接复现这一点吗？win 电脑不在身边。可以考虑把协议播放排除在脚本之外，它们不太可能触发这个问题，由于我基本不播放网络协议文件，所以之前没考虑到这点 |
