Implement Content Language Display Component in EditContentLet Sidebar

User Story

As a content editor, I want to see a component in the EditContentLet sidebar that displays the current content language and shows chips for additional languages available for the content, so I can easily identify and manage multilingual content.

Acceptance Criteria

• A new component is created for the EditContentLet sidebar that displays content language information
• The component shows the currently selected language prominently
• The component displays chips for additional languages available for the content
• The design of the component follows the specifications provided in the Figma design
• The component updates dynamically when the content language is changed
