More information abotu what each DIPY App does #1

Hi @skoudoro and @guaje

Thanks for working on the Apps.

Looking over how each Apps appear on brainlife.io see this sample:

I think it would be necessary to add information about what each App does. Otherwise, it might be unclear how a user would use the App.

Can we add some more here please?

Hi @francopestilli,

Adding more information makes us duplicate the work we are already doing on DIPY and duplicate the maintenance. This is why we added a link to explain the app. This line:

More information about the command line: dipy_denoise_lpca

This link points you to more information about the app. All parameters are explained and updated.

I will be happy if you have any idea or solution to fix this problem and reduce maintenance. We can highlight more this sentence.

As you know, maintenance is a big concern for us, and we cannot duplicate the documentation on all platforms (Brainlife, nipype, dipy, ...)

We will try to add one more sentence as an intro and add more links to our tutorials.
