Description:

We need to create a new page titled DevArea. This page will serve as a hub for various developer tools, including:

  • Markdown Editor: A tool to create and edit Markdown files with live preview and formatting options. and user should be able to download this file.
  • Additional Tools: Other useful development tools to be added in the future.

The page should be designed with a user-friendly layout, allowing easy access to these tools and providing a consistent experience with the rest of the site.
