Doxyなどはこのrepoのデータだけで生成できるようにしたい（でよいですか？）

@ttakekoshi さん、はい、おっしゃる通りです。要件を以下にリストいたします。

Doxygenの実行に必要なファイルをこのリポジトリで管理する
Doxygenの生成物（i.e. html/*）はmainブランチで管理しない
代わりにGitHub Actions等でgh-pagesブランチにコミットするように変更する
