FDP_CSI_EXT.1 test question

Question regarding FDP_CSI_EXT.1.2 and the test EA for the SFR in general: some products have the ability to distinguish between issued certs being revoked in a recoverable way versus a permanent one. Do we want to specify a conditional test for this behavior? Right now the only test here assumes that revocation is permanent, or at least that the ability to undo the revocation is not security-relevant or otherwise out of scope.

Test updated to add a conditional test for cases when suspended certificates can be reinstated. Believes this can be closed.
