absoluteDifference

Determines the absolute difference pixel by pixel between two images.

f(x, y) = |x - y| 

Parameters

source1 : Image The input image to be subtracted from. source2 : Image The input image which is subtracted. destination : Image The output image where results are written into.

Category: Math

Availability: Available in Fiji by activating the update sites clij and clij2. This function is part of clij2_-2.5.0.1.jar.

Usage in ImageJ macro

Ext.CLIJ2_absoluteDifference(Image source1, Image source2, Image destination);
