Persona and Story

Jack Green is a retired teacher and he is 65 years old. He used to play chess when he was at the university. Now, his cognitive abilities are declining and his doctor suggested he should solve challenging puzzles to cope with this issue. Since he played chess before, he started to solve chess puzzles online. After some time he excels at solving chess puzzles and he even creates his own chess puzzles. Now he wants to share what he created and save intriguing chess puzzles.

Goals

• Jack wants to share posts that contain pictures of a chess board with chess pieces located in a way that the user can find checkmate in a few moves.

• Jack found out that there were other users on the platform also sharing their own chess puzzles. So he wants to save some of them.

Pre-conditions

• Jack has registered on the platform and he is logged in.

Scenario

• Jack has already created some hard puzzles and he takes pictures of those puzzles.

• He clicks the post button and uploads the puzzle pictures one by one and he also adds text descriptions that indicate the constraints of the puzzles.

• After that, he looks at the other posts and saves the ones that contain puzzles to solve them later. Then he logs out.

• When he has free time, he logs in by providing a username and a password. He checks what he saved and solves one of the puzzles.

Acceptance Criteria

• 1.1.2.1 Registered users shall be able to do anything a guest can do except 1.1.1.1
• 1.1.2.2 Registered users shall be able to log in to the system by providing their username and password.
• 1.1.2.3 Registered users shall be able to log out from the system.
• 1.1.2.4 Registered users shall be able to write a text document.
• 1.1.2.5 Registered users shall be able to submit a text document to the system.
• 1.1.2.6 Registered users shall be able to bookmark a post.
