publishing errors

Unable to publish latest revs of alrc draft 4 and alrc draft 5

How to reproduce

• SMK version I'm using: SMK QA env
• Browser (with version) I'm using: Chrome
• OS/Platform (with version) I'm using: Win 7 Ent

What behaviour I'm expecting and which behaviour I'm seeing

When Publish is clicked for one of these sites, publication should be confirmed but instead an error is presented at the top right hand side of interface:

"error publishing "

Minimal example reproducing the issue

• click Publish for the alrc draft 5 or alrc draft 4 sites

Actually, the applications did correctly publish. The error is coming from the services "success" message containing an invalid character (it looks like I added an extra double quote in the string).

I'll correct the success message failure tomorrow and redeploy the service so this erroneous error message no longer displays, but your applications were successfully published and are available in the "Published" tab
