Project goals/combine efforts

Curious to know your thoughts on your goals with this project and if you would consider joining efforts in the BCH implementation of btcsuite on the https://github.com/gcash/bchd/ fork?

1. bcext/gcash repository set up before gcash/bchd, about several monthes.
2. the name of gcash/bchd is referenced from bcext/gcash.
   
3. bcext/gcash repository has been imported by our private project and make sense.
4. I always do my best efforts to make minimal changes from the origin repository btcsuite/btcd. So I can merge the prefect and bug fixed code from the origin repository.

@anton000 Well, gcash/bchd is a great work. But now, I can do nothing because I am busy on some projects based on bcext/gcash.

I may work on gcash/bchd in the future.
