Add the 2019-20 and 2020-21 events to the Repo

Since the event repo was not updated for 2019-20, the events will have to be compiled and then added to the repo now.

Please comment with the details of the events that were organized during the time so that the event list can be compiled

I would suggest starting with the creation of an EventsList.md for both the academic years to have the basic details compiled to start with. The template for it can be fetched from the previous academic year directories.
