does atlas provide this yet ?

I see a few projects going this way for SQLite and PostgreSQL.

Why bother ?

if a DB can hold many versions of schema and data, our clients and servers can be in different versions too.

I doubt Atlas does this , but expect that people working on the project would love it to be able to .

so I am raising this to see if the Arlas devs are interested at least
