@enihcam would you like to make miniupnp@b4b27b7 into a PR? It doesn't look like the patch allows you to turn minissdpd on and off. If so, that will need to be included (like a flag turns on minissdpd mode).

I'm surprised that you can't have multiple multicasts operating at the same time. I don't really have time to dig into it more but I'm sure the minissdpd author knows more.
