Unable to install on Gray Log 3.3.8 #4

I am unable to install the Content Pack. I can upload the json file but when I click install the content pack, i get the following error message. Tested it agains 3.3.4 and 3.3.8

Error
Installing content pack failed with status: Error: cannot POST http://X.X.X.X:9000/api/system/content_packs/35378385-0f54-4f0c-b594-db9e4b6a66f3/0/installations (500). Could not install Content Pack with ID: 35378385-0f54-4f0c-b594-db9e4b6a66f3

Any Clue what am I doing wrong here?

The Log file shows the following error message:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unsupported content pack version: 0
